Rooted in South Phoenix
NOT A POLITICIAN.
YOUR NEIGHBOR.
A father, homeowner, and small-business owner who believes Phoenix can do better.

Frank grew up on a farm in upstate New York, raised by an Italian mother and a father who served as president of the state police union. He moved to South Phoenix in 2013, drawn by the sunshine, cost of living, and affordable homes.
He raised his son and helped put him through Arizona State University. Since 2017, he has also built and run his own demolition business.
Living and working here has made the challenges personal: rising costs, red tape, homelessness, and neighborhood crime. Frank is running because he wants to help solve the problems he sees as a neighbor and business owner.
WHY FRANK IS RUNNING
Frank believes City Hall should make it easier, not harder, to live, work, and raise a family in Phoenix. He is stepping forward to bring attention to the taxes, bureaucracy, and public-safety concerns that affect daily life in his community.
